Deep Tissue - 1 Hour


Aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue, deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Reflexology Massage - 1 Hour


Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the principles that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that correspond to every part, organ and gland in the body. Reflexology can improve circulation, detoxify your body, reduce tension and stimulate the body’s ability to heal itself.

Hot Stone - 1 Hour


Stone massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The therapist uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while holding a heated stone. As the stone cools, the therapist replaces it with another. The heat of the stones helps tight muscles release.

Neuromuscular, Headaches & Migraines - 1 Hour


Neuromuscular therapy aims to balance the central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system and correct any disorders brought about as a result of any imbalances between the two. Neuromuscular therapy enhances the function of joints and muscles, and speeds healing by facilitating the release endorphins.
